All of us have tremendous amount of energy flowing through us, we feel it but we do not give enough attention to it.
Each and every cell in our body has electromagnetic charge, which creates an AURA. Everything has an aura, whether it is living or inanimate. There are six energy centres located along the spine where there is great energy flow. These chakras or vortices with great energy flow are spinning ideally in a clockwise direction (in northern hemisphere of Earth)
Function of these chakras, is to vitalise the body, draw energy through spinning and keep the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health of the body in balance
When there is smooth flow of energy through the chakra you have health, vitality good life – chakra said to be healthy
When the flow is disturbed or stopped –The chakra is said to be blocked – This causes disturbances in all areas of life – Health, emotions, behaviour and life situations.
The flow of energy through chakras needs to be balanced- too much or too little flow will cause imbalance therefore we clean them- start the flow and balance them meaning try to maintain same amount of flow to all chakras.
